Isabella Kuijers is an artist, curator and writer who graduated with a BFA from the University of Stellenbosch in 2014. Kuijers has again chosen to work in the medium of acrylic on glass for 'Feed', this time choosing images that imply a sense of loneliness and engagement with place. As with previous exhibitions, 'Feed' looks at the exchange of information and the messages that are inevitably sent along with that which we intended to convey. It celebrates the way we betray ourselves as soon as we open our mouths, compose a sentence or snap an image.
